• Spreader Cloth

    Spreader Cloth Details

Quality spreader cloth with Velcro securing system for quick easy changes.

Classic ice resurfacing: A terry cloth or felt cloth (wiper cloth) is used to spread the water over the ice. We recommend using terry cloth at temperatures above 77°F or 25°C and felt at lower temperatures. Watch video - Spreader Towel Change

  • Electric Towel Lift

    Electric Towel Lift Details

Classic ice resurfacing, with special protection for the wiper: It only comes into contact with the ice surface when water is applied and remains in the raised position at all other times. This prevents the wiper cloth from freezing onto the ice surface during standstill times and protects it from ground dirt, thus giving it a longer service life.

    The advantages for you:

Clean water application, even over extended periods of time. When you begin to clean the ice, drive for the first few metres with the wiper raised and lower it only onto the snow-free surface. This keeps the wiper free of snow, thus ensuring even water distribution and an optimal ice surface in a rapid time frame. If the vehicle is switched off while on the ice surface, the wiper raises automatically, making freezing impossible.

  • ICEplus

    ICEplus Details

    Required equipment: water pump

ICEplus is an innovative water spraying system that completely eliminates the need for a towel. With its combination of purpose-developed, low-pressure nozzles, the system applies water to the ice surface evenly and without creating spray mist. This saves water and energy.

    The advantages for you:

A shiny, mirror-smooth ice surface! The innovative nozzle system distributes the water evenly without a wiper cloth and ensures better water penetration in deep gouges. The low-pressure system minimises overspray, so air humidity does not rise in the arena. Water droplets do not land on sections which have already been covered, and the rapid freezing time increases energy efficiency. Watch video - ICEplus

  • Automated Ice Edger

    Integrated Ice Edger Details

The ice edge is attached to an arm on the frame of the vehicle and is independent of the brush. It has a diameter of 13 3/4", is fitted with 12 reversible blades, and is made of stainless steel. The edger is extended and retracted by means of a hydraulic cylinder and is controlled from the driver’s cab using the multi-function joystick. The cutting depth can be continually adjusted using a rotary knob. With its 3 contact rollers and spring deflection of 2", the edger follows the contours of the rink to perfection, leaving behind it a 13 3/4" wide strip for the conditioner runners. The WM ice edger is an absolute highlight feature of outstandingly robust, durable construction.

    The advantages for you:

“Not a step on the ice” is our motto. Ice close to the boards can be prepared for the next championship match quickly, comfortably and safely, without getting your feet wet. Cutting depth can be adjusted from the driver’s cab (up to -1/4" - 6 mm). The edger shaves off bumps in the ice with ease and can be retracted after use. Brushes and edgers can be used both separately and at the same time.

  • Proportional Water Metering

    Proportional Water Metering Details

The water pump provides precision distribution of water to the conditioner unit and the ice wash system. It draws the water from the water tank and supplies it to the vehicle at a constant pressure, irrespective of the water tank level. The pump always supplies the exact quantity of water required by the vehicles, and is based on several parameters (driving speed, steering angle etc.). Unique feature: One single pump supplies every water-consuming component of the vehicle.

    The advantages for you:

An outstandingly smooth ice rink, and, with water distribution adapted to the speed and steering angle, exceptional ease of operation - right down to the very last drop of water, and regardless of how much is in the tank. Manual control of water distribution is always possible if desired.

  • Wash Water Multijet

    Wash Water Multijet Details

The ice wash system is located behind the blade on the conditioner unit. The system’s nozzles spray water onto the freshly planed ice, flushing out snow residue, hair, skin particles, sand or dust. A rubber squeegee at the rear of the conditioner unit wipes away excess water, which is then sucked up by a vacuum pump and transported into the snow tank for disposal.

    The advantages for you:

Pristine-clean ice is a guarantee: The spray nozzles flush out residual snow and dirt, and the dirty water is sucked up by a vacuum pump, after which the ice can be built up on a spotless surface with the wiper cloths or the ICEplus system. This leads to clearer, more transparent ice, enhancing the visibility of in-ice advertisements. The new layer of ice also binds more quickly, with resultant savings on energy.

  • Water Sprayer

    Water Sprayer Details

The water sprayer consists of a high-performance water pump which is integrated into the vehicle, and a spray head at the rear. The sprayer distributes a large quantity of water over the entire ice surface in an extremely short time and is fully controllable from the convenience of the driver’s cab: The quantity and spraying distance can be continuously adjusted even while driving. Through the innovative development and design of the spray head, the spray patterns and droplet shape have been improved upon once again: Water is distributed onto the surface in the largest-possible droplets, minimising trapped air and greatly simplifying ice build-up and levelling. The spray head can be easily detached from the machine by hand after use and is simple to store.

    The advantages for you:

“Not a step on the ice” is our motto: The water sprayer allows the operator to build up ice easily and safely from inside the vehicle. Wet feet are a thing of the past. The newly developed spray head ensures an optimal spray pattern and droplet form, and water quantity and spray height can be controlled from the driver’s cab. Large water droplets are sprayed onto the ice surface and form a closed surface without trapping air. The water sprayer can also be used to level out the ice surface.
