AFTER-SALES SERVICE
WM Tractors meet the highest industry standards for preventative maintenance service based on hours of operation. Through years of testing and trials, WM has developed unmatched service plans based solely on hours of operation.
Our Standard Pro Model tool carrier receives the first service at 100 hours; thereafter, each service is carried out every additional 400 hours for the equipment's lifetime. Each service cycle has been carefully designed and thought out, providing our technicians with structured procedures and predetermined parts for each service cycle. The spare parts come from our spare parts warehouse or are manufactured at the request of the original suppliers. If a spare part is unavailable, it can be faithfully reproduced from the original drawings and technical specifications of the materials used or upgraded to the newest standards.
